How can I pay for my items?
There are 3 options for you to choose from

- ATM Transfer
All payments on this site are made either through Paypal or via direct bank transfer. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit card. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.
For direct bank transfers, please kindly let us know when you have made payment by emailing us so that we can check and process your order
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you don’t have to create an account. Simply choose Guest Checkout if you wish to checkout without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to keep track of your order.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Apologies, we do not accept cash on delivery at the moment.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
We offer a gift wrapping service for a small fee. Feel free to write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist from there.

Do you accept backorders?
Unfortunately, we usually do not accept backorders. However, if an item is out of stock, you may drop us an email at email@example.com and we will notify you when the product is in stock. And if there is a significant demand for that item, we may re-stock that item
Can I edit or cancel my orders once it has been placed?
At Bynfitri, we work fast to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out in a timely manner. Our systems are fully automated so that once an order is received, we will pack and ship as soon as we can. Therefore, we are usually not able to accept changes or cancellations of orders. Is my transaction secure?
Protecting our customers is one of our top priorities. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. As such, we choose to work with PayPal which delivers one of the most secured online payment platforms in the world. Once you have confirmed all purchase details on our "checkout" pages, you will be directed to PayPal's SSL-secured site for payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can opt to "Pay as Guest" and proceed to enter your credit card details
What are your local shipping options?
We try our best to keep shipping charges as low as possible for you. All items will be dispatched via doorstep delivery. Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to try ship it out as soon as possible
We want to make your shopping experience fuss free and with an ease of mind! So we made shipping fuss free too!
We provide flat rate shipping at $6 because we don't believe that shipping should be based on how heavy your order actually is, so don't worry about that and ready. set, shop away!
- Doorstep delivery (4-5 working days) - $6 flat rate
- Express doorstep delivery (next working day) - $15
For Singapore orders, we want to get postage fee out of your mind that we are keeping it really affordable for everyone at a flat rate of $6 or totally free if you purchase $100 or above in a single order.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do! We ship to most countries around the world. Please contact us directly for a quote on shipping fees. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel have been processed
How long does it take for my orders to ship?
All items will be dispatched via doorstep delivery within 4-5 working days or earlier after payment is verified. Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to try ship it out as soon as possible
How long will it take for my orders to reach me?
Depending on the shipping options you have chosen upon check out. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more details
Can i return the items purchased and get a refund?
Apologies, All items sold are non-exchangeable and refundable
What happens if my product is faulty?
Bynfitri takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. Contact us with your request at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. We are unable to accept any returns should it be more than 10 days upon receiving.
What if I receive wrong orders?
In the event that you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately. Contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund excluding delivery fees.
*All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return item product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks
