All items sold are non-exchangeable and refundable.
What happens if my product is faulty?
Bynfitri takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. Contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. We provide 1 to 1 exchange on case by case basis.
What if my order is in the wrong size?
In the event that you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately. Contact us with your request at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks
*All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return item product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
